Chantel Wiley, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC
Chantel Wiley is dual certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Bachelors and Master of Science degrees at Southern University A&M College in Baton Rouge, LA. Her Post-Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health was obtained from Herzing University. She has worked in Urgent Care, Primary Care, Behavioral Health, and in various Inpatient and Outpatient settings in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. She has a true passion for helping individuals feel better and reach their full potential.
